1.The man standing next

The man standing Next is a South Korean movie with a hint of Political drama which is adapted from a novel of the same name. The Movie is Directed by Woo Min-ho, The movie revolves around the 1970s where the Korean is Under Pressure of the president park who controls the KCIA Organization. The Director of the CIA seems like the second in a commanding officer who knows all the obscure and illegal government secret operations deport to the US where he exposes the scandal as far as the political power Bang.

2.Deliver Us from Evil

Deliver Us from Evil is a 2020 south Korean action crime film directed by Hong Won-Chan. The Movie revolves around hitmen who decide to retire after his final job. But he finds himself trapped in the kidnapping case in Thailand, which is plotted by Ray and now he is out for blood to find the person that killed his brother. The two unstoppable men meet at the edge of the world after their 2013 film new world.


Peninsula is a 2020 South Korean action horror film directed by Yeon Sang-ho. It’s a Sequel of Train to Busan where a soldier (Jung-Seok) is sent along with his team to a city full of zombies to retrieve the truck which contains bags of cash totaling US$20 million. On the way back to Incheon Port, a group of soldiers name Unit 631 attack on Jung-Seok  Where he gets thrown out of the truck, while Chul-min hides inside the truck then Jung-Seok is rescued by two sisters: Joon, who drives the car out of the scene, and her younger sister Yu-jin and take him to his safe place where the children live with their mother and grandfather.

4.Hitmen: Agent jun

Hitman is a South Korean action-comedy which is lead by Kwon Sang-woo, Jung Joon-ho, Hwang Woo-Seul-Hye, Lee Yi-Kyung, and Lee Ji-won, directed by Choi Won-sub. This movie was released on January 22, 2020, wherein the story revolves around a secret agent named Jun who faked his death to follow his passion for becoming a webtoon artist but he fails to do so until he decides to create those comics around his past life. Though that, a national intelligence agency gets drawn towards him.

5.Steel Rain 2:Summit

Summit is a South-Korean suspense movie directed by Woo-Seok Yang. The show revolves around a team of leaders U.S., North Korea, and South Korea while they intend to discuss the North Korean nuclear issue and the Korean peninsula’s peace settlement but gets seized later.  Directed by WooSuk Yang (as Woo-Seok Yang), the movie has got an IMDb rating of 6.2.

6.Honest Candidate

Joo Sang-Sook is a politician who also happens to be a member of a national assembly. She’s won elections past 3 times and it’s her 4th time. It’s easy for her to lie but something happens and she’s now not able to. It’s a remake of “O Candidato Honesto” where the finished by September 7, 2019.  With Dong-Joo Jang, Han-Chul Jo, Mu-Yeol Kim being the lead cast the movie has been rated 6.3 in IMDb.

7.The Closet

A South Korean of Horror movie genre which revolves around a family where the daughter who gets separated from father after they lose her mother who’s dead. They later hire an exorcist to help them out through the phase.  The movie completed the photography process in September 2019. The movie is directed by Kim Kwang-bin with  Ha Jung-woo and Kim Nam-Gil in the lead roles.

8.Secret Zoo

Secret Zoo is a South Korean comedy-drama genre movie with   Ahn Jae-hong, Kang So-ra, Park Yeong-Gyu, Kim Sung-oh, and Jeon Yeo-been as lead cast. The story revolves around a secret zoo that had zero animals as it was facing some financial matter until the minister realizes that stuff toy animals could be placed too as don’t care much about the realness of the species. It was released on January 15 in South Korea and January 24, 2020.


Released on August 12, 2020, OK Madam is an Action-comedy movie based on a terrorist hijack setup where the two main characters Mi-Young and Seok-Hwan win free tickets to Hawai but as they all set up for the flight, terrorists hijack the plane. Mi-Young and Seok-Hwan decide to rescue the passengers helping them to escape. With a runtime of 100 min, the movie is rated 6.2 in IMDb.


Released on June 24, Alive is a South Korean movie that deals with the Zombie apocalypse where the lead is a gamer who struggles to survive by concealing himself in a room. Later he comes to know about a young woman who’s struggling to survive the zombies and he decides to save her and return safely. The movie is directed by Cho Il-Hyung lead by Yoo Ah-in and Park Shin-Hye. This South Korean movie is all set to release on Netflix on September 8, 2020.
